El Paso is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and El Paso follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This is by far the worst bus station I have been to. Arrived at 9:30 AM from Colorado. We got off the bus with the temperature already 90 degrees and the building is locked. Bus departed with no indication from the driver of whether or not they're going to open the station. This is unacceptable. Sketchy people around smoking pot. Definitely did not feel safe.

My trip was at 5:40pm. It was 100 degrees outside. This station lists itself as open but apparently they frequently lock people out in the Texas heat to wait for their busses. Elderly women and children, treated without dignity. No access to water or restrooms in the desert heat. I would expect more from a multi billion dollar company. Totally unacceptable!

Absolutely poop show. Arrived at 7PM and all the doors were locked. I did a loop around, those doors closed as well. Nobody inside. A bus driver was waiting for his bus to load and he told me to go find a place to wait until they open their doors at 1AM. My bus left at 6AM. Really wish I had known that this station is operated by a 3rd party. What happened to the days of waiting at a station for your ride? Unbelievable.

I had a layover at 6am at this location. I’ve been here during daytime layovers before and the energy was helpful and nice. However Immediately upon arrival this morning; a woman, continuously stating she’s the owner, was threatening to put us outside for the hour layover. if we wouldn’t sit still in one spot (β€œ I don’t want you tracking thru MY facility” ) and if ANYONE left trash in the bathrooms, we all would be thrown out the building. Including a disabled passenger. I was going to ignore her attitude but For the duration of the hour She continued to be passive aggressive speaking loudly and indirect to her security about everyone who entered being rude and disrespectful because she just cleaned up. She then instructed him to make everyone get up and sit in 1 area as if we were children. It was just very hostile, rude unprofessional and unnecessary. Not the energy anyone wants at 6am! I understood her frustration but not her delivery! Keeping the facility clean is part of your job. Maybe correspond your cleaning schedule with the station operating times to avoid extra work. Also none of the bathrooms had soap and the doors to the stalls didn’t lock :)
